Physical appearance of the applicant, through clothing and posture are unprofessional.		Always wear clothes that show you are professional and have good posture and etiquette, creating a good first impression.
	Lack of knowledge on the company itself, regarding what they do and what they need from you.	research the company and the position your applying for, the recruiter is interested in those specific points.
Unavailability of physical CV within the interview.		Bring another copy, and be prepared to give a good impression.
Asking about specific benefits and impoliteness during the first interview.		Be positive and show them you are interested in working with them.
	Loosing focus in a personal interview and forgetting what was on her own CV.	Focus fully with the interviewer and know fully what is on your CV.
